Here are five representation of five cities from the novel Invisible Cities by an Italian writer Italo Calvino. The novel explores the description of fantastical cities by the explorer, Marco Polo, who was conversing with the emperor Kublai Khan (to know the state of his expanding and vast empire). It was one of the project from the class Core Studio: Space. We were assigned several cities to read and draw using our imagination (perception).
